Q1. Are you a factory or trade company?
We are factory with rich experience in producing cosmetic tubes and bottles. The former was Suzhou Valcon Tube CO.,LTD founded in 2003. After many years' developing, we moved to a new plant and enlarge the factory.

Q2. What's your lead time?
For stock samples, the lead time is about 1-2 days for preparations, then we can ship to you.
If you need customized samples, the lead time will be 7-10 days.
For mass production, the lead time is about 30-40 days according to the ordering quantity and product details.

Q3. Will the samples be free?
We can produce free samples for the stock samples, for customized samples need sampling cost. The customer will bear the freight cost for samples. Please feel free to contact us for more details, then we can prepare the samples for you.

Q4. Where is your factory located?
The factory is located in Suzhou, where is a beautiful city and famous for it's classic garden. It's very closed to Shanghai, about 1.5 hours if driving a car. So we can arrange the quickest delivery to Shanghai port for you.
